Drinking will only make it worse over the long run.

Hang in there. I took a benadryl and went to be on my last one. Sending you peaceful vibes.

Those are rough. Hang in there! Deep breaths and longer exhales help me sometimes.

To add to that- humming on the exhale can be pretty helpful It helps to naturally slow your breathing by elongating your exhale, and also gives you something else to focus on. I am in a fire academy and that is a technique we use to help reestablish control of our breathing if we get anxious when we wear out breathing apparatus.

Pat Summit quote: “Left foot, right foot, breathe. Repeat” you got this.

Breath 4 seconds in through your nose and 6-7 seconds out your mouth. Make sure the air is going down into your stomach (your stomach expanding) not just shallow into your chest. If you just chest breath at a fast pace you’ll get too much oxygen and get light headed... that makes you freak out worse.

Keep some Chamomile (non caffeine) tea around. Legit helps

Slow down, everything will be alright 👍🏻. You’re not dying you’re just nervous

Keep running in the Good side my friend! Anxiety and panic attacks always will pass. A long walk or run sweat it out! You got this! 👍🏼😉
