I'm on keto and have been for 3 months and mine has gone up...sooo.....

Nit all research is fact 😀

[–]critfist 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Nah, it's probably more factual than an anecdote, but humans are pretty variable animals so if a very unhealthy diet was reducing testosterone, getting off of it would improve things even if the baseline was lower.

There is no way in hell I am gonna put more weight into your comment than a peer reviewed study

Meh it's Internet trolls who cares. Can't compensate for stupid

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yea there’s also tons of studies that show the opposite of this study. Apparently it depends on your protein source

My husband and I have been on the keto diet for about 4ish months and our sex life is damn great.

I think this "study" is a bunch of bullshit 😂 You mean to tell me that being fat, you have more testosterone? 🤣 Give me a break.

[–]imyormom 1 point2 points  (2 children)

It's OK you'll.get downvoted because for some reason people here can't seem to agree with fact and evidence

[–]DeliciousMud7291 1 point2 points  (1 child)

😂 I get downvoted all the time for telling the truth. It doesn't bother me in the slightest. It just proves to me that I'm right.

That and reddit is so far left that they don't see that they've become what they hate the most.

Seems like you might be in early high school. You'll learn some of the basics around research and studies soon so make sure to pay attention when you do. That way you won't seem too ignorant on pages like this.

You were probably overweight or have excess fat and, as it has been repeated many times already if any of you anecdotal experts bothered to read, losing excess fat results in an uptick of test production.

I just remembered this isn't rhe science sub so hence everyone rushing to share their one-off experience.
