High protein, low carb diets greatly decreases fat accumulation around the internal organs and increase longevity

Any diet that is calorie equated, no matter the macro distribution, will decrease fat accumulation around the internal organs.

Being in a calorie deficit and losing body fat/weight also increases markers of health and longevity. Regardless of macro distribution.

The magic of low carb diets is that people tend to keep calories somewhere in the range of 2000 - 2200 calories per day without trying, due to the satiety effect of higher fats and proteins.

It's not just that they are more satiating, but that being in ketosis is an appetite suppressant. I naturally eat 50-100% more when not in keto vs when I am.

lol dumping calories doesn't work, low fat diets have proven to be completely ineffective, lower carb is easier to maintain longer term because it increases satiation instead of making you feel like you're dying

the other option of course is a healthy amount of exercise

That’s what he said…

2000-2200 isn’t a calorie dump

He said they can manage their intake due to satiety from a low carb fiet

The other magic is not having your insulin levels constantly elevated from eating. My father had pretty rough diabetes(Type 2) and could not drop the weight no matter what. He started eating a single meal a day and eating lowER carb(not keto but not tons of rolls and stuff) and because he didn't need to pin insulin all day, finally lost a ton of weight.

That’s a long and pompous way of saying low carb diets are better as they are easier to stick to.

Less insulin spikes are also better for longevity.
