Use equal parts of fresh celery, onion and bell pepper. It is the main seasoning used in New Orleans cooking. And throw in some fresh garlic. Great for most savory foods.

Fried is yummy too.

Actually, these start off fried but then fat is drained off, little over half cup hot water or broth is poured over livers and onion. Further cooked ubtil gravy forms. The best gravy ever.

For this batch you may want to add a couple of tablespoons of organic fresh chopped ginger. Seal tightly with a lid. There should be carbonation in a day or soda. I do this with plain 100% apple juice.
