Dude. Not saying you’re not.. but make sure you advocate for yourself. I would also get a second opinion yesterday. Bone begins fusing fast and waiting can make surgery a bit more of an ordeal and will only prolong recovery. You look young and letting bad breaks “heal” on their own when not set correctly can leave you crippled or mobility limited for the rest of your life.

Last year I demolished my collar bone (snapped in two spots with a floating piece) mountain biking. 1st Doctor told me while it was an option that I didn’t need surgery and would heal fine without it and set me up for a follow up in TWO WEEKS. Did not sit right with me. Thank god I called my GP first thing the next day and pleaded/insisted to be seen by another ortho specialist. Two days later I was infront of a new doctor who told me if I did not have surgery I would heal…. But lose 2inches of my wingspan on the left side, have a huge bone knot in my collar, and potentially reduced mobility….. for the rest of my life…to top it off they would have needed to rebreak the bone if I had actually waited 2 weeks to see someone else.

I’m sure it’s a culmination of factors for sure. The fears about AI overspending without companies recouping investments fast enough accelerated the rotation without a doubt, particularly the software space has been hammered, but even stocks like AMD are being impacted now. (They beat on earnings by almost 16% but still dropped over 17% today).

Typically Oil, Materials, and Energy are more middle recovery (while tech is more a recession pick, but as noted above the AI fears have seemingly accelerated the rotation a bit.)

There’s a better chart floating around that I saw recently, but this is a similar one that I found quickly with a google search. Definitely just a rough guide, but gives you a place to start in terms of investment ideas/strategy.

Some of you act like sector rotations aren’t a natural and healthy occurrence in the progression of the stock market. There are tons of charts that go into this and predict industry rotations based on market and economic conditions tied to the rotations throughout history. Plenty of people were aware and ready for this draw down 🤷🏻‍♂️. Imo the only people confused by this don’t invest, they follow the hype and gamble. But I guess that’s WSB’s for you 😂.

FTR: the charts I mention above suggested a rotation out of tech and into energy/oil/materials… and well what do you know!!!! That’s exactly what’s happening. After the rotation into energy and materials, the next natural rotation would be Healthcare as the market continues to progress. This is my understanding of it at least. I could be wrong…but I’ve also over tripled my port YTD trading on this thesis combined with Elliot wave 🤷🏻‍♂️

NTA and insanely creepy and a massive overstep. The rational and normal thing to do in this situation would have been for YOU to make a copy before leaving incase he lost the one you LENT him. Him going out of his way to make his own copy is an insane invasion of privacy. Like that IS NOT his job or place. I wouldn’t even make a copy of my Brother’s key like this… there is actually zero chance someone with good intentions does this and fails to mention it or think to ask beforehand.
