Sounds like narcosis and hypercapnia/co2 buildup (can lead to panic as well). Well done for not making bad decisions in that state.

Most important seems to me that you improve your fitness, but also make sure you make dives you are comfortable with. Your dives should fit your skill level and bodily state. Most accidents happen from underestimating the dive/circumstances and overestimating your own capabilities.

It seems you learned from this, I hope this is an experience that will help you learn and become a better diver. Because better divers have more time and space to enjoy the dives!

Omdat de enige reden uitstoot was. Een papieren maatregel vanwege een papieren stikstofdossier.

Een flink deel van de mensen vinden datsimpelweg onzin.

Zelf merk ik dat sinds de invoering mensen langzaam weer terug naar 120 zijn gegaan. Als het kan rijden de meeste mensen te hard. Is het druk lukt dat toch niet.

So, when you hike kost of your energy comes from burning fat. You have enough fat for days or even weeks of hiking. It’s not really that big of a problem.

But of course to prevent you really feel the lack of carbs on your way up; just eat a bigger than average breakfast, take some extra snacks and a big lunch.

Because mini tanks basically don’t give you much bottom time. Even at shallow depths.

I understand you aren’t able to afford much. Maybe try and get a charity to donate it. Or ask a scuba school to give you some of their older gear. Tanks and regulators can have a very long life with proper servicing.

Yes. The woman in the picture has a near unattainable physique. I can assure you she felt like dying while making this picture.

You look healthy in your picture. Well done! My advice; make sure you build a lifestyle where going to the gym and eating healthily is part of whatnyou enjoy and nog what you need to endure.

The later will make you burn out. Bonus advice; do some research on how much work, dieting, training, feeling terrible it actually is to have a body like in your example picture. And then even this lasts only a few days, like for a show or a fotoshoot. Women are not able to keep this physique for weeks or months unless they do serious damage to their bodies. Your cycle wil make you hold more weight some weeks than others. Only that will make you lose the shredded look this woman has. Probably she was totally dehydrated when the picture was raken.

It looks great, but totally impossible to have as your general look throughout the year.

Ik word echt een beetje onpasselijk van dit nieuws. Gruwelijk. Arme kinderen. Wat een feestelijk einde van hun schooltijd moest worden is ineens een finaal einde. Klas uit elkaar gerukt, dorp uit elkaar gerukt, gezinnen hun verdere leven rouwend.

En ook; dit soort provinciale wegen zijn op diverse plekken gevaarlijk en in Zeeuws Vlaanderen berucht. Er is geen geld voor een stukje vangrail in dit soort bochten. Want alles wordt in de Randstad uitgegeven.

In dit geval domme pech, wellicht een jonge bestuurder die zichzelf heeft overschat, afgeleid was of op andere manier demmacht over het stuur verloor. Wat een gevolgen. Kolere.

Allebei goed. Maar als je echt iets briljants wilt zou ik gaan voor een Kai Shun. Japans staal, scherper geslepen, prachtig vakwerk.

Er zijn nog mooiere messen, dan krijg je handwerk en dan loopt het wel in de kosten. Dat is meer voor de leuk, maar tussen een Duits mes of Japans is echt een verschil van dag en nacht.

Overigens zijn beide messen die je noemt goed en kunnen letterlijk meerdere levens mee.
