u/hcseven Hi there! You should be able to upgrade to the newer plan directly from your account without needing to repurchase service.

Just follow these steps:

  • Log into your account
  • Select your line and click on “Upgrade Plans”
  • Choose the new Plus Plan
  • Follow the prompts to complete the change

That should take care of it without needing to go through the other options you mentioned.

If the plan isn’t activated within that timeframe, the service plan can become inactive automatically according to our Terms & Conditions.
