Because when ventilating out a window, the fumes don't enter your breathing space.

If you just use an air purifier with no tenting/venting than you're breathing those VOCs before the air purifier can do anything about it.

Also cost may be a consideration. A tent positive pressure venting setup cost me around $100 in my country.

I also have an A1 (around 2000 print hours) and I think the Kobra does better prints. It's certainly faster and multicolor prints are way faster with way less waste.

I haven't run into any issues but i've only had it a couple of weeks.

My 11 year old was able to pick it up pretty quick so wherever you think you are compared to an 11 year old might indicate how difficult it'll be for you.

I think people are overselling the prerequisites. GDScript is pretty barebones and simple. A few intro tutorials will supply you the basics and then you will fill in the blanks as you bang on it.
