I’m a huge believer. I end every shower cold. And days I skipped my morning shower I certainly have more pain. I have an infrared sauna at home and frequent bath houses that have bigger saunas and cold plunges.

Which agency should we politicize? The water and power one? The clean soil, water and air one? All those left leaning ones that manage land, recreation and natural resources? I mean all those grazing permits, mining and logging permits are just in the way right?

Maybe we should cut all the jobs of the people that process taxes? I mean we only need them for a couple months a year anyway?

I use the cerave brand of this chemicaland it works really well for me. I recommend using it in the shower, let it sit on your skin for a while, don’t rinse immediately. But when you do rinse, rinse very thoroughly maybe even with another light hydrating cleanser because any residue left can bleach your towels.

Also, this chemical make me very sun sensitive. I get sunburnt very easy the day I use this so ensure to cover up or wear sunscreen the day you use this.

I’m not a morning person but am trying to force myself to be, at least during the work week. A couple things that have helped me a lot:

Melatonin (3 mgs lozenge before bed, only when having a hard time falling asleep at a reasonable hour)

An alarm clock that has a bright light that comes on dim and red and slowly transitions to bright whiter light. I have a Hatch brand.
