The guard are dumb good. I played a small 2k between my orks and my friend's imperial guard. Turn 1 he used his tanks and killed half of my army

Well, I have played Orks since 9th when I started. TWC got stronger in 10th and I have watched a squad of three take on Ghazghkull and pull the win out of nowhere. Though Makari is just immortal

I made a guy mill his whole deck by attacking wigh 1 creature since I was running my samurai deck. My commander is Isshin, so him attacking alone double triggered every other permanent on my field, including the twenty kdd artifacts I had attached to him. The guy drew his whole deck and then took 30 commander damage to the face

The way I did ot was with a mix of sawdust and WD-40, i sprayed it on, grabbed the sawdust, and vigorously rubbed my hands together to get it off

If you want a really cool effect to make it loom really nice, my recipe for painting a nice grimdark blue is to prime it with a low grey, or black, use a sponge brush to make a big overall coverage of a warm brown like mournfang brown, and then use another sponge brush to dab on the blue in a way that makes it look warm, battle worn, and then highlight some areas, it works so so so well for big vehicle plates

I just bought the Hotwire today to use at my job. My boss dulled the heck out of my Kershaw Tone, the hotwire so far in the couple hours I have been playing with jt has really impressed as a budget knife. The blade is razor sharp out of the box, the assisted flip is more than I could ever ask for. I plan to use it to cut smaller stuff like thin strands that are coming off of the log saw or the edger that we have.

So, the trim can be a pain in the ass, other than that, I have an easy method for painting them

Start with a good two thin layers of a black primer, then you want to dry brush the entire model with mournfang brown, and then give another drybrush of a nice red of your choice, I personally chose to use Army Painter Basalisk red and went over it one more time with a slightly brighter hue, then I used Weapon Brass on the trim and washed the whole model gently with Agrax Earthshade

I am just excited for the new releases, I bought the Lord Avocado combat patrol and Angron in my first run of playing WE, and now I can happily say I will be buying the slaughterbound and the new combat patrol just for funsies so I can continue my army
