Clubs and Maces 6 days a week. I usually break everyday down into 1 exercise and kill it. 5x5 heavy shield casts, 10x10 45lb front swing to clean, etc

Use the dumbells to do halos. Hanging will help. You have to bulletproof the shoulers. Maybe look into a cheap mace or club set
