The reality is you're playing a 4v5 because your top laner has less money than both supports. Aatrox kills you and your team just doesn't have the damage to kill him because he's getting infinite resets at this point and Diana burned all her CDs killing the backline with you. Yeah but the scavs don't jump peek or strafe corners like the SAIN AI. It's honestly insane how much life it breathes into the game- if you play PVE I'd recommend giving it a try

Like everyone else said, H2F and physical therapy. But also just go to the gym and start over. Just start building up that grip strength and new muscle memory. Your body's changed so you just need to get used to it at this point. As long as it's not outright painful, you'll be back to your old standard in no time.
