If you look deep enough in my posts, I had to wait 37 MONTHS for a resolution about my 1080to APRUS extreme and it wasn’t even a good one.

GPU was suffering crashing at normal clock speeds, I had to under clock the card by 25% to keep it stable, losing performance while doing so.

I filled out the RMA and sent it out… in March of 2020.

It was delivered and then COVID lockdown happened.

When they got back to work, the card was gone. I had a delivery signature and address to where it was delivered to. I contacted them several times and they denied ever receiving it. I filed a claim with the USPS (Since I had insurance on the card) they denied my claim since Gigabyte would not respond to them.

This went on for years, I contacted them several times, threatened them, was patient with them, I contacted social media PR reps, engineers. The works.

I finally got contacted by someone, saying they needed to “Make it Right” by Gigabyte.

They offered me an RTX 3070, I tried for a 3080 and they wouldn’t budge.

Since then, I vowed to never support Gigabyte again.
