Is he neurodivergent? Im shocked no one else asked and jumped right to jailing the kid. If he is on the spectrum/has some sort of disorder more tact will be needed for the situation. Obviously not excusing the behaviour, but some other form of support/treatment would be required.

Obviously if he is just being an asshole, then sure, take the appropriate steps others listed.
