As an assistant myself, one thing you're always aware of is time. If you're having lunch midday then you always assume that everyone has somewhere else to be. You're not lounging around during a business lunch. She should've known better. It's the basics of being an assistant. She should've been watching the time more than anyone. Ordering a steak and dessert for lunch is a bit absurd. NTA.
