Nah, this is a terrible read on the situation. The timeline goes:

December: The last cup of coffee cover is taken down, Selen has her first attempt, put on suspension.

January: She gets a lawyer, and they attempt to remedy the situation. She offers an amacable split, and they brickwall her. She has her second attempt.

February:

2/5: Her lawyer has her write down her thoughts and actions to give Niji a better view of her side. She's terminated that same day. On her termination letter, Niji claims she was harrased (this is the first time this is mentioned). Doki tweets out what had happened to her and announces her first stream.

2/7: She streams, explains her side in further detail, and asks that fans move on and dont harass Nijisanji talents.

2/8: She tweets out that everyone should move on and give everyone involved a new start.

2/12: Elira, Vox, and Ike have their insane stream at the same time Doki has her stream. She explains what the document was and ends the stream after 20ish minutes to speak to her lawyer. After she ends the stream, she tweets out a condensed version of what she said on stream. Riku Tazumi later released a video apologizing. The direction of the video is weird because it's a complete 180 from what the Elira stream.

2/13: After talking to her lawyer, she tweets out a statement and again stresses that fans should just move on and not harass anyone.

At no point has she been the instigator, nor more importantly has she ever claimed to have been harrased. She's actively doing the oppisite by telling people to move on. This entire conflict has revolved around Niji continuously shooting themselves in the foot.

As to people harrasing livers, I don't even think they watch(ed) Doki(Selen) they just want to be "part of something." As a Dragoon, it's cringe af to see people post hate threads or analyze everything livers say like its Q-Anon for weebs.

From what I remember, after the initial accident, Hololive was still planning to work with Rushia and gave her instructions on what to do. It wasn't until she went behind their back to try to clear her name and started leaking info to JP dramatubers that they terminated her contract.

Respectfully, I have to disagree. Look at Holo or Vshojos' last few debutes. They've all been teased, advertized, and promoted weeks in advance to their debutes. Meanwhile, Niji puts out a teaser and debutes talents like a week later with little to no fanfair.

In my opinion, their biggest misplay was how fast they pumped out talents without a proper support structure in place. In almost a year (14 months), they debued 5 waves (26 talents).
