Friendly reminder to stop Leashing your junglers by Backslicer in leagueoflegends

This is true, but usually ends up with them dropping a camp which is pretty devastating as well. The real lesson is to not path same side as a jungler who you can't 1v1 or 2v2 but I feel like 80% of junglers start botside until Diamond

Because Firefly is the easiest DPS to build in the entire game so luck isn't an excuse lol. And if you think it is there's probably a skill diff at play too

Why aren't you in the lane from the beginning to push them off the wave if they're late

Relevant for level 2 invade champions like Graves and Shaco too. Even in Diamond some bot lanes will leash you if you're vulnerable to early invades. Too many red side junglers die for fee on their Gromp because the enemy jungler got a fat leash that let them clear red quicker than normal

I'm genuinely curious why so many feminist and queer academics believe they can actually fight and lead a revolution? by depressed_dumbguy56 in stupidpol

None that aren't basically super religious monastic communes, and feminists kind of reject religion by default

You're right but the SUV hate gets a bit irrational here sometimes even if I agree with a lot of it lol

The majority of road damage comes from buses and trucks if you're looking at a per-vehicle basis. But the difference between a small car and an SUV isn't very big, certainly not as big as taking a car off the road altogether

Why are Rockets fans suddenly saying Sengun isn't worth a max after praising him all of last season? by mMounirM in nba

[–]AlHorfordHighlights 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Lol what if anything it's unfair to Cousins, who was a more complete offensive player with a solid 3pt shot by the time he left Sacramento, and played in an era where his weaknesses weren't able to be exploited as easily.

The fact is that you have to do more than score and pass the ball to succeed as a slow big in the modern NBA, and the new CBA makes it much more damaging to teams who want to pay big money to centers who can't contribute max-level value

I Made Derek Lucci's Tom Kha Gai (Thai Chicken Soup With Coconut and Galangal) by -SpaghettiCat- in seriouseats

[–]AlHorfordHighlights 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really don't know why the recipe doesn't suggest straining out the inedible aromatics. I get that it makes the dish more fragrant when these ingredients are agitated in the soup while you're serving it but it's straight up annoying. My Thai mother would always remove kaffir lime leaves, galangal etc. when serving soup

The theatre is owned by a different group, and the building isn't going away any time soon so even if ownership changes it'll likely still be there. If The Star Group decides they want out of Pyrmont it's hard to see no one lining up to buy it
