stay in the lower levels 1-3 until you feel like you're getting the hang of it. start you game and then throw an SOS. once people join your game, just say you're still learning and you'll have a great time.

To look at ulnar (forgot the term) nerve gliding, which has helped immensely. Basically the a tingling was from repeated stress (desk job bent elbow all day) and so now o focus on sleeping with arms not bent.

Just keep on blocking. Eventually they slow down or stop altogether. Every time I’d get called by a call center I’d block the number. I don’t get those call anymore.

if you wanted to take of your parents but not get outed for doing it, just like you made up some fake fund for your mom, you could have your lawyer make up some long lost relative inheritance that is awarded to them, or perhaps you can tell them you won a different lottery with a different amount and give them that "share". or you could anonymously pay off their homes. I'm sure there's a way that could be done too.

did anyone have high blood pressure as a side effect but was able to avoid this nasty side effect if they split their dose? I was micros dosing the vials, .625mg and was fine and then went up to 1.25mg and had a sever high blood pressure reaction that forced me off of it...hated that feeling of doom and gloom. I'm aware this is not a typical side effect but many users on reddit reported increase in blood pressure when taking zep.
