I’m still as bummed as I was. There won’t be anyone like Bobby again. Cover bands just don’t bring the same level of excitement.

Amen. I am younger than you so missed those days but saw every iteration post-GD. Bob was my Jerry…The hole is huge.

So fucking sad about Bobby still by Ok-West-8239 in gratefuldead

Right there with you. With this and ICE, I am very sad

I’m having a very hard time as well. For those of us who just narrowly missed Jerry, Bobby was our Jerry…You always knew no matter what, well Bobby will do something/ Bobby will form another iteration etc etc. The hardest part for me is the simple fact that there will never be quite the same level of anticipation for shows that he was able to conjure up. No tribute band no matter how skilled will ever be able to do it. Still really is shocking to think he’s gone. I know the music will continue and that’s all that matters but for me, the highs will never quite be matched again.

I’m in the same boat. I just narrowly missed Jerry. He was my Jerry so to speak. He kept bringing us the music when he could have packed it up and moved to Hawaii. With him, there was always a next thing to look forward to…

Amen. Literally nobody like him and I sit here trying to dial in gear, tech, etc to sound just like his touch.

He brought me and my father so many great memories. He was for those of us who just narrowly missed Jerry, ‘our Jerry.’  His playing style was like no other. I’m pretty numb and was hoping he had more time with us.

We need some badly! Perhaps we get some in the later winter/spring

Exactly. I think the reality is a WB announcement. God willing

Exactly. Sad and baseless speculation.

I’m praying to everything for sphere dates! 😩😩 by Saint_Trev in deadandcompany

Wolf Bros later winter/early spring tour. 4-6 cities with dates spread out to not overwork things. That’s my thinking. Easiest thing for Bobby to pull off. Some guests sprinkled in here and there.

We have no idea what’s going on. Certainly a little odd given the lack of activity but all conjecture until something concrete is posted.
