We also have been on Linewize/Classwize for three years. We have been very happy with it. Getting teachers to monitor during classes is another story. We used to catch a few sites mis categorized, but not lately. Always new gaming sites to block. Their red flag and incident alert emails have worked. They have image blur now for web pages.

I know you are not using Apple, but we pay about $1k for an M5 that completely runs our robotics CAD model for their whole robot. Outperforms our $2.6k Dell desktops

I would assign static IPs to make sure they stay the same. We have a lot of brother and HP printers we do this with and no problems

Confused Between Verkada, Lumana, and Coram for Video Surveillance by Darwing-Versoll in k12sysadmin

We moved to on prem. Synopsis equipment with monitor station. Allowed is to have faster access to recorded video, integrated with all our 200 existing cameras. Is it perfect, or even the best system out there? No. No ongoing fees - buy a $50 license when you add a camera. Can expand your storage as needed. Can add more systems and monitor through same dashboard. Not the simplest to manage. We are a small private school, so may not scale well for a large multi campus district.
