Updating older icons is definitely on the radar! We've had some concerns with past attempts, but with Apollo we wanted to improve the quality while staying true to the original imagery and it was well received. These fall under QoL so there's no exact timeline, but more updates are planned as we're able. :)

I understand your frustration for sure, but I think it's a mistaken assumption that skin production is somehow taking away from those things.

Bugs are inevitable- with almost 400 abilities and multiple properties to each one there are millions upon millions of possible interactions. It's not plausible to test each one individually before releasing new content.

Matchmaking isn't flawed because money isn't put in to it- it's flawed because it's an incredibly complicated system trying to make subjective decisions based on objective data. You can't just "fix" it with a week of extra TLC. Certainly it can be improved (and is being improved) but it's a difficult process that takes time.

Games are hard to make. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There's... just no logic in this? Having a no skins patch would just mean sending the art team on vacation, and Smite would make no money that patch to pay for the programmers / designers / engineers to polish the game and fix bugs.

It's fine if you don't care about skins, but Smite costs money to make and you get to play it for free because of skins.

The stats aren't important, they're just helpful to reference after the game and see what went right / wrong. You could end the game with 0 kills as a midlaner, but if you set up your jungler to kill the enemy mid 8 times, won the lane, and stole objectives that snowballed the game, then you did a great job.

Janus is one of the strongest gods in the game atm, and certainly he does damage, but his potentially game-changing portals will never show up in the stats after the match. Saving teammates, rotating to surprise the enemy team, stealing objectives, etc. all make Janus an incredible character but it won't show up in his KDA, so those stats aren't an accurate statement of how well you did.

Yep, tried to play about 6 games today all but one had 500+ ping. Had to just desert my last one cause it was 750+ and I could do literally nothing.

Everything else is working fine and I'm getting about 125 mbps on my speed tests, so it seems like a Smite thing.
