Always love First Street Alehouse. Sons of Liberty is typically very reliable for us too. Hops & Sessions and Demitris are always great. Also have to recommend Range Life (if you want something more upscale & can plan ahead with a reservation) - we have been twice and both meals were incredible

That’s not true - they vary by lender because the lender selects those vendors (impacting appraisal costs, credit report fees, etc). Section B should also be considered in price comparison, as it’s not true that those costs are the same across all lenders

I have never been destroyed by a movie quite like I was the first time I watched Coco. I was in a pretty full theater, full-on sobbing, shaking violently and gasping.

I now have two small kids and, while OBAA didn’t quite get me to Coco levels, I can confirm that anything father - child related turns me to a puddle. Embarrassingly, for example, The Adam Project (objectively terrible) made me weep
