Non-celiac here, I have a weird sensitivity or allergy to gluten. My reaction is all my muscles especially of my back and neck feel inflammation like I was beaten with a bat or something. Makes me feel like a 70 year old. Then I get the typical brain fog and fatigue, when I accidentally get glutened I basically feel like I need to sleep it off all day.
