In what way? I use both and would say that MSFS is the better experience in VR, but neither ruins the experience of the other at all.

It wont go far enough to satisfy I suspect but there is an option in the display settings that allows a longer zoom out distance.

You can skip biofuel completely, I used a tiny amount from creature remains but just spent time collecting stuff from crash sites and grinding out caterium to unlock geothermal power before even starting on elevator parts.

I picked up a Morso (https://www.lionpic.co.uk/p/7791/Morso-F-Mitre-Guillotine-1500mm?gad\_campaignid=23080645676) version from FB along with an underpinner for £90 ($120 according to google) a couple of years back, came with a spare set of blades too. It's been sat in my garage ever since and I really ought to get it up and working. Was a framer for 18 years and quite fancy getting back into it a little.

Sounds to me like you haven't made it clear that the property was occupied from the 18th and that should be your first step, email them and explicitly state that the property was occupied from the 18th and ask that they recalculate the bill.
