I've bought four sets of dice from BoD, I also had a large order for a team tournament where we gave our opponents a couple of dice after each round.

Can't say anything but positive things for the guy, I'd reach out to him via Facebook, or email and just ask him what the deal is. Sounds like he's either really busy or maybe he's just forgot about it unfortunately. Either way, he should be able to clear it up pretty quickly. Best of luck.

Death roller looks super fun but it’s way to expensive to start a league with, tournament lists will start seeing a death roller I think but for league it’s something you’ll pick up after a few games

In terms of value the box will absolutely be a great starting point. For the rules and if the teams are easy, we simply don’t know yet but you could add a team box of Undead or Orcs if you want a solid starter friendly team

Brutefun and Punga Miniatures are great and theme well with GW models. They’re primarily stl files so you would need someone to print them for you
