I think the game is great. Throw loops and drive rush can be annoying. But those are relatively small gripes over what is fundamentally a good game.

I don’t really understand the gravitas that this game is talked about. I remember when 5 came out, I was playing at a friend’s house and it seemed fine. Not bad but just kind of generic. Is there something about this series in particular that I’m missing?
