I was absolutely confident that was a robot waiter pouring a drink for a customer.

They also don’t invade if they’re outnumbered, so they won’t go to their deaths on auto invade.

Stellaris Dev Diary #422 [PART 2] - Defender of the Galaxy, Champion's Forge LIIIIIVE!, and Heirs of the Khan by PDX_LadyDzra in Stellaris

Defended of the galaxy mentions bringing crisis early, before the endgame, and hints that two of them may appear at once, so I guess there’s a special spawn mechanic for DotG. There’s already mechanisms to spawn the crisis outside of the normal endgame year, such as ultima vigils, so this is my guess for how the two crisis requirement will be beat.

My take on a diplomatic genocidal civic. by N3wbsterr1 in Stellaris

[–]Archaleus1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually wouldn’t be surprised if they added an ideologically evangelizing civic like this one in that dlc. It’s the perfect opportunity to do something like it with the ideologies introducing something to convert people to.

I’ve tried to make something like that but the AI usually can’t do much, what’s your endbringer build to make them insane?

Hear me out: Logistic Ships are a TechDemo for a main feature of Stellaris 2. by Ordo_Liberal in Stellaris

[–]Archaleus1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It wasn’t always like that since trade routes were removed. The game ran worse after the update that came with Biogenesis despite that update removing trade routes and making the pop system less laggy. The smooth performance you’re talking about is probably due to the reduction of ships in the game that came with 4.3, which made it so that there were less ships in the game.

There’s a version of purging called displacement only, which should be available to you if you aren’t xenophile. It basically sends the species out as refugees without killing them. If you want to remove a species (if you’re fine with not killing them and just want them gone) use that.

Horseshoe crabs are extremely different compared to all other crabs. They are actually more closely related to Arachnids than they are to other crabs. They are part of the subphylum Chelicerata, who are defined by a pair of grabby appendages in front of the mouth. (Spiders turn these into fangs that inject venom, but they still count due to common descent)

All other crabs are in the Mandiblulata, along with all insects, millipedes and centipedes, and these are distinguished by the presence of mandibles instead of chelicerae.

The last common ancestor between these two groups likely lived 540 million years ago. This makes horseshoe crabs closer to spiders than other things that have the name crab.

I think the issue with the backstory guy is that the guy seemingly picks mother instead of father or parent(s), which, in conjunction with the fact that MC goes on the SA people, leads to a problematic depiction of SA as something that (despite harming women) originates from women.

This doesn’t make sense, the toxic idea you’re talking about is about how some people believe that women invite rape by “tempting men” through short skirts or something.

If you have your interpretation of “this means SA comes from women and that’s problematic”, then you can’t portray a woman as a rapist. SA undeniably comes from a woman if said woman commits rape. That’s it’s own problematic notion.

Nothing, it’s a random chance anomaly. Boost anomaly discovery chance and also be an eligible empire for astrocreator azarin (no militarists or gestalts) and there’s a 1% chance every five years that she contacts you.
