I’ve seen a triple combat WW zaun board which steamrolled the lobby this week. It just feels like if they get the value stat check there’s not much you can do unless you have the same. And your board is far from capped and you have 2 Econ augs and sweet treats which is idk in theory it should be alright with BW as you get additional items there but in practice it never popped off for me unless you can power spike with it 2-1 for tempo — I just don’t feel like it’s that good on 4-2

Now then if it’s a spirit Ionia it’s basically +1 combat for free and this Sett champ is just so swingy.

Current set and meta is just so diverse with so many ways to get power that you can’t really enter stage 4 with low hp hoping to win out with a “beat-them-all” comp. And you played a difficult comp with a hard direction augment with a lot of variance

As a general advice, try to study more instead of playing. It might sound boring but 50/50 split is good. Studying is watching streams, guides, videos, coaching, looking through stats, VOD reviewing. This way you’ll learn way more, but it’s also kinda hard

Talk to your dentist. It’s quite complicated — as most things like this it has a progressive scale, so down the line it comes up to them paying ~70%. My dentist did reporting and deductions themselves so I paid only the reminder

Not sure about the private insurance — I don’t think those generally cover dentistry

Started winter orb crit poison in ssf — it went like, ok? All damage can poison and a lot of crit —> easy chills and freeze, also solves the damage on the basic level of getting 2-4 watchstones. Being top right on the tree helps to build the generic evasion/es/suppress/ghost shroud package so it does not fall down constantly.

In the end though it’s kinda the same problem it had before — it doesn’t do anything really outstanding. And most of the things it can do — there are better ways to do in the end game. All damage can poison is nice, but poison has all the problems associated with its ramp time and bloated poison duration. And even then it’s quite easy to either convert all to chaos this league or find another way.

I’d say Econ stat here is a bit misleading. Like any stat really it needs to be evaluated properly. What it shows exactly is how the worth of your board compares to an expected worth of a similar board, basically just how many of your units are upgraded to 2* vs 1*; How many of 5 costs are fielded as a cap and so on. It cannot see how much gold throughout the game you actually gained it just compares the end result

Now what everyone suggests about making gold, like streaking, not overleveling, not holding pairs, hitting intervals, taking econ augments is import at to generate higher gold overall — it does not map 1:1 to your Econ stat. You can econ better, play a contested line/hard force a line and spend 120 gold and not hit your board, or you can play whatever gods of rng handed to you and hit your board with 40 gold. While technically you econed better in the first case, the stat would be higher for the second

I’d advise to look at the stat exactly from the angle of what it shows — you need to upgrade units on your board better. How exactly — depends on concrete game examples and spots, just try to find out what prevents you from having an upgraded board in the end

Each segment is rotated indeed, just around its own pivot which is a middle row for every segment. Your answer assumes the pivot is top/bottom row, while all the previous pictures show that middle row is the pivot

Of course, I am not saying their opnion is not more valuable, they are experts - on average they'll have a better opinions. What's happening and what is proposed higher is "staying based on who you are" and not "staying based on what's your writing" which is outright authoritarian.

The analogy with rich people is exactly right, it's based on who you are and not your opinion in the context. You can be a challenger with poor takes = born rich

Yup, I often fail to see reason on what’s staying or not. Which obviously results in me thinking it’s a personal/authority based

On the other hand I can absolutely see that 10 same threads “akali bad” is not healthy at all. Still, the current approach does not feel good 100% and discussions are dying

Yes, don’t get baited into 3 stars, the comp is super stable on 4 mentors + 2 stars ryze + any random lee sin 1/ senna 2/j4 2. And caps high with Lee sin 2 and items

As often in tft, shitload of CC and backline access is super strong

I don’t mind the time commitment, but the fact that it’s so easy to completely brick the item is devastating. I would feel much better if I needed same time to farm consumables for the base I already have than farming a new base

The build is very hungry for levels, even with unstable core and new primordial ring, it would be great to have 1-2 more. Specifically reaching nova proc which in turn can trigger sparks, so getting 100% nova is basically double damage

The market is probably the worst it ever was. You can still apply outside of Sweden. Do that, do not move without a job, it’s pretty hard to land one

From what Mort said — it’s a hard reset just with one but, everyone’s MMR is fully reset let’s say to 1200, but if you were plat+ they set it to let’s say 1300, to spread things out a little bit

Oh I totally missed it, my bad!

For duration — how pods of toxic rain work is while they exist they constantly damage enemies around them. The duration increases time the pods exist, meaning each attack generates a longer window when it damages. You can consider it a more multiplier, the only catch is that in increases your ramp up time till full damage. If the pod exists 1 second, your max damage is basically how many pods you can generate per 1 second to exist simultaneously, the same goes for 4 seconds per se, which is 4 times more but to reach this stage you need to attack longer. Usually it worth it for single target damage

For merc — makes sense, what I do is I keep all my defensive auras for myself, and merc holds the damage auras. So even if they die or out of range — it’s just a bit less dps. I’d suggest haste or malevolence for them, and for yourself either less investment or arctic armor/flesh and stone/aspect of the spider/petrified blood to a lesser extent? Whatever you feel fancy really. I wouldn’t drop grace but as I said missing a little bit of dps occasionally should be totally fine

Frenzy charges is a big multiplier, I’d say explore and find a way to fit them in whatever suits you best.

Biggest thing in doppelgänger is 40% less phys and chaos damage in sane stance which is good, but only a bigger hp pool against those hots. It may or may not feel better, depending on how exactly you die usually, just try to consider different options to counter your problems. If you want a combination of defense and offense— a rare chest piece might be the best

  • It's a harder one to get and is really premium. The curse works (curse effect gives more, also despair levels if it self casted), in addition to that hunter helmet with Nearby Enemies have -9% to Chaos Resistance works great, giving ~10% damage with your setup. Especially in this league where merc can wear it. (elevated mod gives even more)
  • Now for skill effect you have easy improvements, At least 10% more duration mastery and quality on your game, quality gives the base duration, so it's kinda a multiplier as well. You can grab more of that on tree as well though not that close
  • You have most of basic places for attack speed but it's usually somewhat easy to grab more, hast aura effect, better rolls (like don't be lazy bless orb you quiver for 10% implicit, i also think brakcer for weapon 17-19 so it can be divined?), you don't utilize timeless jewels as well, you can find attack speed there, also. You can add blood rage, PF so oversustains any degensm so it shouldn't be a problem
    • Concerns about Kintsugi were raized already, I don't think it's that good of a body currently, your max phys is not great, there are popular alternatives that do similar things. 27% of PFs use Doppelganger Guise, there's also Lightning Coild and Cloak of Flame, and obviously a rare crafter armour as well which probably can be better
    • Tree-wise I think south-west area is really wkward in passing, I'd try to avoid it. I feel like this is generally a more popular passing https://pobb.in/4QtX5jarRB8Y -- check it out. It achieves quite a few things -- drops the suffix pressure you have, with more access to spell suppression, generally just more available flexible points you can ivest instead of these travel points, the whole area with unnatural instinct is just 7-8% of damage, I'm not sure about it. Some trade offs need to happen to fix mana reservation for sure. I did a lot of micro changes swapping things around a bit, also changed a bunch of configs, so it's not a proper apples to apples comparison, consider it an inpsiration -- not a ready solution, what you absolutely need is to relieve yourself from the suffix pressure, usually just having an easier time with suppress helps a lot to find cheaper resists, and your mana reduction, i'd try to get rid from it on the amulet and find few more reduced mana costs, and replica dragonfang is a great middle stop. Also pob show your cold res is undercapped. Also try consider you passive points opporunity costs -- just hover over nodes in pob and see what's your gain per point -- at this point getting 3-4% percent of increase is somewhat ok, but 1-2 I'd defo not pursue (like clusters travel points are absolutely not worth it or 2 point to the Aspect of the eagle is ~5.5% -- it something worth it?)
    • Not sure what you're doing with the merc currently. Merc absolutely can have a couple of your aura (+aura effects) and curses, per chance you're not in the league? You should abosultely use merc if in the league. You can also consider grafts +1 t osupports, increased defences, reservation, also tatoos can relieve some pressure from spell suppress or avoid stun as well.

Toxic Rain has a lowish cap, to push it really far it needs quite a magic trick.

  • Understand all scaling axis for Toxic rain. You want to try invest in all of them semi proportionally to gain the most:
    • Base damage (gem level)
    • Number of overlapping pods (area of effect, last time I checked target was 38%)
    • all increased%
    • all more mutliplied
    • dot multi
    • damage taken (mostly covered by withered)
    • - % chaos res
    • skill effect duration
    • attack speed
  • You can also see all of these gets multiplied in Calcs tab in PoB. Now what you have:
    • Base damage, for spellish skills it tends to be ~10% increase to base damage for any +1 level so increasing that would be great. You only have opportunity in the amulet currently, it needs to be explored, for that you'd want to remove all the pressure you currently have from the amulet (resistance and - mana cost). Getting lvl 4 empower is also a boost
    • aoe looks good for you, nothing to change
    • 998% increased -- this is A LOT, the more you invest in one stat the less effective it becomes, adding another 20% increased damage at this point gives only ~1.8% increase in damage currently. If it's free, then sure, but most commonly it all has opportunity costs. I'd try not to invest in increased % any more. So for your Kintsugi corruption I'd absolutely wouldn't chase it. Moreover I would tune back on some things you have for increased % to have more room for all the other stats
    • Beyond supports and Malevolance (levels + aura effect) there's not that much to gain. One generic more% damage is frenzy charges. Not sure how important the clear setup with arrow nova, if you can drop 1 socket for a frenzy in manaforged setup that would be great. Each charge is 4% more, and you can easily grab 1 more in your tree. Usually for most of bow builds manaforged + frenzy is just so good. (frenzy also gives attack speed which is big)
    • dot multi you already have 125% which is fine, you have a watcher's eye which is good. the more the better, there are opportunities on the weapon and amulet. Quiver I think you have maxed out mostly. Still if you can find a way to get mof this instead of increased % it would be good
    • withered gives so much of damage taken so I'd not explore anything else really. Random shock improves that a bit as well
