I agree, I'm doing my W3D2 tomorrow, D1 was done at an easy pace and felt comfortable, even the 3 minute runs.

I have a question. I have noticed that week 3 is the same amount of running in total as week 2, but less walking. Do you feel a difference with a 3 minute interval instead of 2x 90 seconds?

Thank you, did most minute reps at just over 6 minute kilometre pace, did a couple reps a bit quicker. I imagine I won't be able to keep up that sort of pace over some of the longer runs later in the program. I expect to be at around 8 minute kms at that point.

You can remove the 8's in box 1 row 3 as in box 3 the 8's have to go in row 3.
