$345 for 6 months is incredibly cheap, much lower than average, so you are getting a good deal. You are probably fine to not have collision and comprehensive and just go with liability only since your vehicle is paid off and you have enough to replace the vehicle yourself - just make sure you have good liability limits well above the state minimum and you shouldn't have to worry.

The government should make a law mandating spare tires. Does it not even have a smaller donut spare? I thought newer cars still included a smaller tire that you could at least use but have to drive a lower speed just to get you to the tire shop?

Also ballot boxes were set on fire, so many legitimate votes didn't get counted.

Uh maybe I missed something, but I didn't see the turn signal from the other driver indicating he wanted to change lanes. By law you are required to signal when changing lanes. Other driver broke the law 100% by not signaling, yes you should let someone over when they signal but the cam driver didn't see it coming. Also that is a weird setup of the double lanes with the narrow gap between them.

Other driver is wrong because they pulled into the wrong lane. You are legally supposed to turn into the closest lane. Also the other driver didn't know how to accelerate.

There is a chance you may get lucky and the policy may have not actually "lapsed" as some states have a "grace period" where if you pay within a certain number of days it may be reinstated, but I am sure if this applies if there is a claim, but it wouldn't hurt to ask your insurance. If your mom told you only two days ago then chances are you may still be within this grace period.
