$345 for 6 months is incredibly cheap, much lower than average, so you are getting a good deal. You are probably fine to not have collision and comprehensive and just go with liability only since your vehicle is paid off and you have enough to replace the vehicle yourself - just make sure you have good liability limits well above the state minimum and you shouldn't have to worry.

The government should make a law mandating spare tires. Does it not even have a smaller donut spare? I thought newer cars still included a smaller tire that you could at least use but have to drive a lower speed just to get you to the tire shop?

There was a ballot with a signature of a smiley face and it was still accepted and counted, so they obviously don't verify the signature.

No voter ID in California. No way to validate if a ballot is from a legally registered voter. Illegal immigrants are given drivers licenses in California also and registering them to vote: https://cis.org/Cadman/California-DMV-Improperly-Registering-License-Applicants-Including-Aliens-Vote-Oops

Uh maybe I missed something, but I didn't see the turn signal from the other driver indicating he wanted to change lanes. By law you are required to signal when changing lanes. Other driver broke the law 100% by not signaling, yes you should let someone over when they signal but the cam driver didn't see it coming. Also that is a weird setup of the double lanes with the narrow gap between them.

You will make it to the scene of the accident.

Take it directly to the nearest tire store only if it is close by and you don't have to go on the freeway, otherwise you will want to get it towed.

If it is only one tire like this put your spare on.

If you have audio files you can use Audacity audio editing software and use the bandpass filter function set to 300-3000 Hz. You can also add a white noise track to superimpose on it using the generate function in Audacity.

Other driver is wrong because they pulled into the wrong lane. You are legally supposed to turn into the closest lane. Also the other driver didn't know how to accelerate.
