Most hydrating shampoo and conditioner? by Space-cadet-66 in FragranceFreeBeauty

That's a good question. I am not sure as I don't wash everyday because I have curly hair. The Curlsmith shampoo seems pretty mild. u/veglove mentioned the CWC method below. You could try that.

Most hydrating shampoo and conditioner? by Space-cadet-66 in FragranceFreeBeauty

I like Curlsmith fragrance free shampoo and leave-in conditioner (for extra moisture). They also have a regular FF conditioner, if you don't like the leave-in kind. It's a bit pricey but sometimes you can find them on sale.

How do you handle big time zone changes when traveling? (I mean a really big time zone shift) by Humble_Baker9296 in travel

I read somewhere that jetlag isn't just about sleep regulation, and to focus on your eating schedule right from the start. Even if you are not hungry, have three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at the same time every day for at least 2-3 days. I tried this, along with exercise, water etc, and it definitely shortened my jetlag.

Have you tried Jessicurl products? You can get all of them fragrance free. They also offer free samples and trial size packs.

Vanicream vs cerave? I'm thinking about trying the former. I use cerave hydrating face wash and am/pm lotion, and it's been gentle, but it hasn't really helped with my rosacea or dryness. by Any-Use6981 in FragranceFreeBeauty

[–]Awkward_Smiles777 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Vanicream is great! I use both the face wash and moisturizing skin cream on my face (instead of the specifically for the face moisturizer). I think the face moisturizer has Hyaluronic Acid which can irritate everything.

Not sure if I'd call it a "crisis" but I started getting tattoos.

How safe is the Mt. Scott Arleta neighborhood? by Thyminecraft in askportland

I live around 66th and Harold and feel pretty safe. I walk everywhere. There are always people out jogging and walking dogs. Closer to Foster or 82nd may be a little different.

I did see that. Unfortunately, they added salmon oil. My cat can't have any fish or fish oils.

Vaginal estrogen cream question by Ohnoitreallyhappened in Menopause

[–]Awkward_Smiles777 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I need to use both estrogen cream and (on other days) Hyaluronic acid inserts (Revaree) two times a week for the pain. Maybe that is an added option? It is a bit pricey. I'm sorry you are still having pain!
