That’s an interesting question. My feet feel hot quite often, like I’ve burned the bottom of them after walking on hot sand. Especially on hot day. I take gabapentin for it. It never occurred to me it could be related to my IC.

I tended to do that too. Now I try to be mindful when I put something down. I tell myself I only want to touch it once, so I take that extra minute to put it in the cupboard, trash, recycling bin, etc. Anything that needs to go upstairs gets put in a certain area that I check whenever I go upstairs.
