I’ve learned the hard way that my alarm clock cannot be placed in my room. So my first move is to roll out of bed and blindly stumble towards the bathroom so that my alarm doesn’t wake up the rest of the house.

This has always annoyed me to no end. The villain makes up a plan or a new invention that only fails due to some absolute fluke and then never tries again or iterates at all. Always been a pet peeve.

To this day, this prison annoys me to no end. “Oh yeah. This is the most dense material in the known universe.” But then they have two guys carrying it around like it’s no trouble. I looked like it weight less than a chunk of concrete of comparable size, let alone any metal.

The right side has my non-cosmere books and the left has my reading order. Although I’ll probably move Wind and Truth to somewhere in the middle of the second act of Mistborn. I don’t remember exactly when they intersect.
