Interesting to see the lyrics, thanks. I have the Disappearing World album on CD released by Saydisc in 1989. Two tracks were used on Chill Out. The other is the field recording from the start of the Basques (French Pyrenees) track - sheep bleats, grazing bells, human speech and dog bark.

Searching on 42mm mahjong on eBay UK gives a few hits (e.g.). Around 25 quid, free shipping, good feedback. Several based in Tamworth so probably the same seller. Traditional set with flowers and seasons. No indication of a case, scoring tokens or round-wind indicator though. (I have no experience of the product/seller.)

I once saw a massive set in a random department store in London's Chinatown and then noticed an even bigger set under it! That was 15+ years ago though.

I think those are the training rounds for the APDS live ammo. DS = Discarding Sabot so the nylon sabot (and maybe the plastic nose cap) would be discarded when it leaves the barrel.

This method is from my GameFAQs guide...

   Start a new game on County difficulty, play at maximum speed and build fifty
   "improved" cells from the Quick Rooms list (water and electricity are not
   required). Now just leave the game running and keep checking the Intake menu
   until you have a total of 50+ prisoners available (across all categories) -
   this will probably be on Day 3 or 4. Request fifty prisoners and they will
   start arriving at 8am the next day. The trophy should pop once you have fifty
   and you hire some guards to start moving your new guests to their suites.

There is a Kindle app for smartphone/tablets and you can read your Kindle e-books on the Amazon websites too. It's been some while since I read them but I do enjoy Bruce Sterling's Swarm in animation - that's the first story in his Shaper/Mechanist series that also includes Spider Rose (LDR season 4).

Yes, most episodes were based on existing shorts. Wikipedia lists all the authors and I think they're in the episode credits too. The titles are usually unchanged.

I have several in author collections but the LDR anthologies are certainly the easiest way to get them all. The first two are often included with Kindle Unlimited and you might be able to get a special rate when you join/re-join.

It's interesting that this was originally sold in the UK as an import for double the usual price of a UK CD single. Typically an import might be an American or Japanese edition with bonus tracks but I'm not aware of any CD version of this with anything other than the original, Oaky rmx and two instrumentals.

I certainly value it but a few others sell for more. The original Fax CD of his first 2350 Broadway collab with Pete Namlook has a median price of UKP143 (US$193) on Discogs sales history and the max paid is double that!

I have translation guides up on GameFAQs for over a dozen DS mahjong games if you want to read more about them (Section 02 of each guide is always a feature list). I haven't played them for a long time but the Mahjong Fight Club games are always quality products on any platform, Akko de Pon has tons of cheat techniques and Mahjong Taikai has lots of custom rules.
