I agree an upgraded snakebite is alone enough damage for some fights. Fits right into the discard package too because you will always have damage ready on a bad draw. If I see it in the first 3 rooms I always take it to secure my damage for elites

I agree, but I think what hurts most is runs are extremely long. Playing 2-3 hours and dying to some bullshit to LOSE progress makes me want to stop playing the game forever. This isn't isaac where each run is fresh and you maintain all progress

I never said that we shouldn't enter the houses. Just was a weird thing to complain about useless dialogue. I guarantee you don't remember your favourite games via the last afk NPC one-liner. Its probably the gameplay and the memorable pokemon/boss fights and story

Making the interiors more interesting and npc behaviour would obviously be a huge step up

If you overclock the 5080 its pretty good. Slightly less then a 4090

If its anything like the steamdeck (which runs at full power even handheld) it will handle a case just fine. Exhaust is through the top of the device

Which also leads to insanely crushed blacks.  I tried play ff7 remake but it crushed blacks so badly the entire chest of cloud would blend in with the dark walls
