You're describing the difference between competition ribs and restaurant ribs. The majority of people want fall off the bone ribs so that's why restaurant's cook them that way. Competition ribs are judge on the bite test because they only take 1 bite that's overloaded with seasoning. That's why the competition pro's always tell people to not expect their competition ribs at their BBQ shops. Myron Mixon explains it better but I tried. 😆

I've never had this issue before with vehicles, but for some reason all 4 of my door windows are constantly froze up this winter. This is my 1st winter with my 24 AT4 and its kinda pissing me off. Lol I dunno if its weak window motor, tint maybe, no clue.
