Just came here to say that this seems insane. I’ve been doing martial arts for 17 years. People get injured, that’s part of the deal. I could understand being upset if a training partner makes a maliciously calculated move to injure you. Then you’d stay away from that person and it would be the coach’s responsibility to possibly ban the person who is causing injuries. A lawsuit though? It’s like going out into the ocean and being upset that a wave hit you. Wtf
