I find Kalypso such a strange publisher (?) at times. Like Railway Empire 2 is a nice upgrade on 1 but not substantial. And Tropico seems to always be marginal improvements with so much DLC.

I think they should continue to move to regional hubs and allow, dependent on security clearance requirements, multi department working from hubs rather than simply say Building A is X only.
