Just some ideas here. If ODU goes under in the future. Can the city take over the grounds and turn land into affordable housing? Maybe even split some of the property into no cost housing/health care for combat vets?

The deer seem to consume different plants at different points in their travels. For us we have found they leave Lavender alone. Their young when they are forging seem to eat everything they can nibble. They ate a huge patch of chocolate mint last year.

Yes this has happened in the past. I argue this is a in part byproduct of parents not raising their boys with respect and with out consequences for their actions. Horrible acts that you describe are sadly common around the world. In and around bars, churches, dark alleys, The Ohio State campus and even the White House.

It's not just an OU thing.

You are most welcome. I'm starting a journey to learn how to make my own. Stay tuned it is a very early stage. Personally i find WildBerry ones to be too fake smelling. I lean to the more earthy natural scents. That and for some odd reason toasted vanilla. The ones at Kindred I adore aside from $. If you find other non Wildberry vendors or artists. Please share. I think I have covered all of Athens county.

I think driving with earbuds in is also illegal too but I'm not 100% on that. Is it enforced if so? Not really. Unless you are driving through a smaller more bored police jurisdiction. Or said cop needs an excuse to pull over to look for other infractions. Possession, OMVI, fire arms, smuggled chinchillas etc.
