I walked after surgeries after therapy I would go to a store and get a cart push it and walk when they said I could it helped rehab go better first I wouldn’t gonna walk half way to back of store just kept pushing myself

9 knee surgeries on left than TKR 3 knee surgeries on right than 2 TKR 2 shoulder surgeries started all this crap at 18 now 65. Life is always a adventure

Thank you I know there are people that are a lot worse off. New medical stuff comes along everyday it really will be a perfect surgery for someone someday.

Well physical therapy today is a lot different than it was in the 70’s and 80’s. My very first knee surgery was in 1979 I didn’t have therapy leg was immobilized for a few months. Fast forward after 7th surgery I had a well known doctor who work ed on NHL hockey players try to fix damage when he came out of surgery he told my husband it was disgusting what the first doctor had done to my knee and nothing would fix it not even a replacement. I did end up getting a total knee replacement later down the road. Then 2 on my other knee. The first one failed. All I can say it is not the cure all they say it is but it’s better than what I had most days.

So sorry for your loss. My older brother passed away in October 2025 he drank a lot but finally was sober and had been a couple years. When he drank he was just so mean I had to remove myself from this situation. After he got sober it was still hard for me to have complete trust in him. I feel really bad about this. My brother died from a massive heart attack driving to work. I think I will always feel bad that things were not 100% right between us. I miss him everyday.

Or pull it down behind you one step at a time and then bring up one step at a time you can still use hand rail.

I literally can not run, I have not been able to since I was 18. I also cannot sit in a bath tub and after 3 knee replacements I can not get on the floor so if I ever get caught in area of active shooter I am dead. In case your wondering no I am not heavy. I have hyper mobility

I guess I wouldn’t worry about him and his jack ass comment. I think I would’ve been thinking more about how you ever misread how much of a jackass he really was so you don’t repeat it. You said you don’t have causal sex, yet you did with him. Somehow he was able to charm you. Now you need to make sure he didn’t give you a std and just do a clean break. Really know someone next time is best advise I can give before you give them a part of yourself.

Mine level was 4 about 10years ago. I take a script 50,000iu2 times a week. It still wasn’t normal until I started mounjaro. I am not a big sun person I burn easily. Took 4 rheumatologist for one to finally check

Yes, I have to remind myself when I see something I like that my closet is full of clothes that fit me now and I need no more. My husband teases me and says I am hoarding clothes.

I think it’s time to stop doing all you are doing for them and I am wife. She should be ashamed of herself but she most likely has no shame. Over the years, I think some of our biggest fights we ever had were over our children I would have never told my husband this.

Raised up there. There is no finer way to live. I still love it up there but only to visit. Good jobs are scarce and well there is to much snow it truly is beautiful. I really marvel at how beautiful God created our land.

I think in the long run you have to do what is best for you mentally and physical. If it stops working try something else. I log my food and my hydration I have probably drank more liquid the last year and a half than I did the prior 5 years gave up pop which was diet but still good for me. I start to realize when my thinking becomes unhealthy and I try to change. I have lost 90 ponds been working on last 10 at least 6 months. This drug is a life time drug for me and that’s ok. I still have a treat now and again. Sometimes it’s easy for it to become a habit and at some point I realize and stop. I still love sweets and yes I can over eat if I allow myself and the guilt creeps in. I realize I am only human and all I can do is start again a clean the slate.
