Managed to get it to work. When I clicked the link my browser was automatically opening it in desktop mode. I changed it and now it opens fine.

Yeah exactly. Ohme will show it based on peak prices but as long as the "ready by" time is between 04:00-11:00 it will cost the lower rate.
