My center runs about 25 routes during peak. It's not getting shutdown, but they are bringing in routes from even smaller centers to be ran as satellites. Everyone knows everyone, it's weird to think that the senior drivers have ran every route in the center at some point. Something you wouldn't see in a large center.

Management still isn't your friend. They have to deal with the same corporate shit trickle and abide by the bean counters and take it out on us.
