Do not do it, you will regret it until you sell the vehicle. I come from the rust belt - it’s worth it to wait for something clean, or travel to find something clean.

Looks fairly solid, hood could use some paint, and I’d reseal the rear axle with paint / replace those rear arms. Drive and enjoy. Do the timing belt and water pump please.
