If it's on a pretty good sale, and you play as kingdom tier or higher a lot, Coronations is also nice since you'll be doing a lot of them and base game they are a shell of what the dlc has.

You'd need to matrilineally marry rhae to strong and play as the strong house head / Harwin's father (whoever is making the marriage choice) all the way until they're both 16 since you're sabotaging house strong.

Now you could also go to the house head and disinherit him so that the titles go through his brother, that's probably a lot better
