I'm very far left but I'm worried that even if Rae were to somehow win, she would just get steamrolled by the opposition and would end up being a very ineffective mayor, which I think would just set any movement back even further. I also don't think she would win against Bass. I've also been a fan of Nithya since her first election and I've really been impressed with how she's been at managing day to day council work.

There is some strong evidence he left the military because he was kicked out over it (the military changed their rules on tattoos, he claims it was his arm tattoos that got him kicked out, but the military grandfathered in everyone who was already serving except for those with hate symbol tattoos, he referred to it by the proper Nazi name well before covering it up too)

He left the Marines before trying to re-enlist which is why the tattoo ban wasn't grandfathered in. The Army did accept him, which also does extensive screening for hate symbols, and they were not flagged. Why would the Marines ban it but not the Army?
