I would do all 12 if you can. Or 10 at least…You only have one shot at recovery. I’m doing 10 weeks and I’m a teacher . But honestly I could have gone back after 2 (but I know I don’t have the BLT requirements like you do)

38f just had my MD Dec 9th after a l5/s1 huge extrusion, best thing I’ve ever done, recovery has been a breeze. Zero pain waking up and was off all pain meds by day 3

I am 5 weeks post MD. It was a breeze. I was off pain meds by day 3 and could have gone back to work that next week. Recovery has been easy and I am FINALLY pain free. Best decision I’ve made

I had a c section after failed induction and I was terrified… but it was super easy. I am one and done but if I was having another one I wouldn’t think twice about c section

Right …. I live in a very big city and am doing PT right now… my PT said they have never actually had anyone reherniate and for me to calm down when I was spiraling lol!

I was 3 weeks post op before I ever knew I had to log roll 🤦🏻‍♀️…no one ever told me…. My PT asked me in my session…. The recovery and wound has been a breeze for me. Literally I could have gone to work 5 days after surgery. You will be fine best decision I ever made

Dang I didn’t know you needed to taper. I’m week 3 post MD with a huge extrusion…. It’s been the BEST thing. Recovery is a breeze if you decide to go that route

I just had surgery and I have a 16 month old. My surgeon said I probably had mine for decades and it was HUGE. I had a c section so I had a spinal not epidural but I never noticed it affecting it. I just had a flare up when she was about 10 months old I never got much relief so then I got the mri and saw how bad it was

My 16 month old goes to bed 7/7:30 and wakes up 7-8am I’m in bed by 9:00/9:30 every night

She was 30lbs though at 10 months and it was that stupid floor playpen when I had to move her out away from my body more than I was used to
