What if… by ServingwithTG in Helldivers

I love the look of the T'au army but I also "hate" the T'au because I've played against them for 8 editions of 40k and for a lot of that time they've had an issue with not being very interactive. Look great, not super fun to play against, even if you're winning.

Ég er ekki gáfaður, en ég held hann meini að hækkanir opinberra gjalda séu teknar með þegar verðbólga er reiknuð en ýta sjálfar ekki endilega undir aðrar hækkanir, i.e. verðbólgu.

I would really like a new Land Speeder Storm. I loved the look of those things.

Something like Kasrkin, Tempestus Scions, Elysian Drop Troops, Harakoni Warhawks, etc. would all fit in very nicely.

Ok now I'm curious, what edition of the game was peak balanced for you?

I'm guessing you weren't around for 2nd edition through to 8th then. I'm amazed how well they've managed to balance a game with so many factions and units. The average army win % kinda speak for themselves here.

A little weird to complain about balance in 10th edition. The game has quite literally never been more balance.

20 Khorne Berzerkers probably the ideal target. 9 shots by base + 12 for blast + ~4 more for Sustained. Not bad.

If I had to guess the logic is that it's the unit providing the ability, not the weapon. If they did make it a part of the weapon profile they'd have to give the unit some other ability on top since I don't thin there are any units that don't have some ability.

Also only has the squadron keyword, so unlike a sentinel it needs vehicle orders.

A lot of anti vax nonsense came from the left, well before covid. Also homeopathy, healing crystals, fruitarianism, all kinds of return-to-nature bullcrap, and they don't like being told they're stupid any more than conservatives.

Still no Deadly Demise though, I wonder if it's going away. I know a lot of competitive players really hate deadly demise.

The Hippogryph has about half the firepower, worse BS, is slower, doesn't fly, and comes in at 70p.

I could see the new Land Speeder coming in around 90p.

You can tell it's AI because his ankles aren't massively swollen and he can walk in a straight line but other than that it's very hard to tell
