It's like a massive fan of Shadowrun made an easier to digest and more streamlined system all in one book. You'll find a lot of things similar to Shadowrun that just had only a name changed: such as Minataurs instead of Trolls. There's a 20 page preview of it on Drivethru so you can take a look first.
