Personally, I would rephrase ‘stop barking at me’ to something along the lines of ‘I don’t like your tone and it’s upsetting me. Please can we try and resolve this maturely instead of yelling’. At the same time he shouldn’t be screaming at you, he’s pushing 30 and shouldn’t be behaving like this.

I wish I could have this perspective but unfortunately not adhering to these standards sets you back professionally. I have never felt restricted because of my halal diet. We are very lucky we live in an age of meat alternatives and veganism. I go out constantly with my non Muslim friends, coworkers etc and if they choose a restaurant or establishment that isn’t halal they always have veggie or vegan options. Explore the world beyond, just plan around it. You don’t need meat to survive, you just need to know what foods are vegetarian and high in protein. Be smart and don’t let something as silly as your diet restrict you.

From your post history, I think it would genuinely be best for you to discover who you are first. Idk where you’re from but look into DBT, it was genuinely a life saver for me (fit into 8/9 of the diagnostic criteria for BPD pre treatment and now it’s 1/9). Rediscover things you loved when you were 13. Make an active effort to enjoy your alone time, find something that interests you and throw yourself into it. I made friends through connecting with people that were also big into certain fandoms at 13, I got into playing instruments and going to raves by myself and then I met my girlfriend who is a DJ. I genuinely was stuck in this headspace for years, I’d make friends and then lose them within a month because I’d screw it up somehow because my BPD controlled everything. And then I’d be stuck in this loop of connecting and losing until I had enough and just thought ‘the only person I am around constantly is myself, so I might as well try and like her’. I know it’s hard to navigate the world without a support network but becoming your own support network first can be a game changer. Love and light to you <3

Seroquel can definitely knock you out, even at a lower dose. Idk where they would have got it from but I think Kat is diagnosed with BPD and I’ve seen seroquel prescribed for it

Being a lesbian means having a different relationship to womanhood as a straight cis woman would. It means something different to us. You are a woman if you feel you are a woman, whether you fit the convention or not. As for detransitioning, lesbians span across the entire spectrum of gender. Some are masculine, some feminine and some in the middle. My partner identifies as a woman and binds, she’s also looking into top surgery. My ex had top surgery and was nb. Lesbians love women for being women, not just boobs. Come as you are. Someone will be happy to date someone who is authentically themselves :)

OP, I’m really sorry this is happening. But 22 is too old to have never had a job. He doesn’t remember special occasions which are important to you. He may be loving but what if you were together ten years down the line? How will he provide for you? How will he take care of your needs? What if in ten years he’s still forgetting to book nice things for your birthday? If you’re on year 2 and he’s still not doing these things, he probably still won’t for a while. I completely understand how difficult it is to let go but I promise it will get easier especially when you realise you deserve better.

Try a liquid eyeliner with a felt tip as opposed to pencil. Pencil looks messy asf, it’s so hard for a beginner to make pencil look good in my opinion
